Farmers and timber landowners: The SC Department of Agriculture is offering federal funding through the SC Disaster Relief Block Grant for Hurricane Helene (2024). The program is designed to provide targeted assistance to farmers and forest landowners who experienced losses not covered by existing USDA programs or crop insurance.
